Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pulse Pro purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund—no questions asked.

Monthly subscription: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase.
Annual subscription: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase.
Lifetime license: Full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds requested after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund within the 14-day window, use our self-serve refund page. For other inquiries, email support@pulserelay.pro with your purchase email.

License Terms

A Pulse Pro license grants you the right to use Pulse Pro features on your own infrastructure. The license is personal and non-transferable.

You may use the license on any number of your own Pulse instances.
The license may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
We reserve the right to revoke licenses used in violation of these terms.

AI Features

Pulse Pro's AI features use third-party LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) via your own API keys. You are responsible for your API usage and any associated costs. Pulse does not store or transmit your data to any servers other than your configured AI provider.

Open Source

The Pulse core is open source under the MIT license. Pulse Pro is a paid upgrade that adds AI-powered features. Your purchase supports continued development of both the open source core and Pro features.
